I as Managing Director, Golden Line (GL) take pride to be the ultimate runner in the transport industry of Bangladesh. For many years we have perceived constant growth and accomplished long-term success.

Since the beginning, our strategy is to provide reliable service to every passenger rather than only a trip. Customer is our first choice. We work continuously (24X7) to ensure passengers’ comfort and safe journey with affordable price. GL provides unique services through its call center. It receives passengers’ any kind of queries, online ticketing, ensures alternative transports incase of breakdown, Change/refund of tickets and lost & found. 

Each and every transport of GL is regulated by our technical team. They monitor/surveillance all the busses 24X7 and control vehicle speed.
